The place is clean and has a good view overlooking a park. the location is particularly good and ideal, being very close to Xanthi Town Hall. It's within walking distance to a variety of bars and restaurants.

Every visit to Xanthi we like to stay here. The rooms are spotless and include an electric kettle, a fridge, and glassware. The employees are affable and excellent. Its location is excellent & perfect, close to many bars and restaurants, a public park, and which did n't serve food before 1pm.

The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options, the bed was really comfortable, and the convenient location near restaurants and cafes made it easy to explore the area.

I chose this hotel for attending an assembly as it provides a spacious conference hall that can accommodate 400 persons. The facilities were well-maintained and the staff was helpful in setting up the venue. it was a satisfactory experience for my work purposes.

The only service that I missed for my work was a dedicated business center. It would have been convenient to have access to computers, printers, and other office equipment to complete necessary tasks.

Spent Xmas here. Was very impressed by the friendly staff and great location. the hotel was very clean, with modern furnishings and free Wi-Fi. the breakfast was a great start to the day, with an abundance of tasty choices. It was convenient to be just a short walk away from the city's main attractions and lively nightlife.

The noise level from the nearby University was quite loud at night, which made it difficult to sleep. this is the downside to staying in the city's centre, so it's expected.

The only thing that we wish could have been better was the entertainment options for young party-goers. It would have been awesome if the hotel had organized some events or parties specifically for young people like us.

The hotel is ideally located in a central area of the town, close to the Old Town and with a nice garden view. the rooms are modern and clean, with comfortable beds and sufficient amenities, such as bathrobes and dryers. the service is friendly and helpful, with decent breakfast options and some nice lounge areas.

The hotel might need some maintenance work as some of the wall patterns are a bit weary and unappealing to the eye.
